Stringy snow swallow is a new type of nourishing supplement. It forms strands after soaking, hence the name “stringy snow swallow.” Originally from Myanmar, it has been consumed locally for hundreds of years.It can be used as a dietary therapy ingredient and in medicine. It is a secretion from the spotted sterculia tree, collected by artificially cutting and drilling holes into the tree trunk to extract the pith secretion, which is then air-dried. Tips

Snow Swallow with Condensed Milk: Use 3 g dried snow swallow per person. After soaking, place it in a stewing pot or rice bowl (you may seal it with plastic wrap), add purified water until the ingredient is covered, bring to a boil over high heat, reduce to low heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Add condensed milk before serving.
Bird’s Nest with Snow Swallow: Use 3 g dried snow swallow and 2 g bird’s nest per person. After soaking, place them in a stewing pot or rice bowl, add rock honey sugar or yellow rock sugar, and add enough water to cover the ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce to low heat, and simmer for about 30 minutes before serving.
Snow Swallow, Tremella and Papaya Dessert: Use 3 g dried snow swallow and an appropriate amount of tremella per person. If you prefer a soft, gelatinous texture, boil the tremella in a small pot first. After soaking, place the ingredients in a stewing pot or rice bowl, add rock honey sugar or yellow rock sugar, and add enough water to cover the ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce to low heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Take one ripe papaya, cut off one-third vertically, scoop out the seeds with a spoon, pour the prepared snow swallow into the papaya, and stew over high heat for another 5 minutes.
Snow Swallow with Peach Gum and Soapberry Seed Dessert
For 2 servings: 3 g dried snow swallow, 5 peach gum pieces, about 20 soapberry seeds, 5 pitted red dates, and 10 goji berries. After soaking, place them in a stewing pot or rice bowl. Add rock honey sugar or condensed milk, then add enough water to cover the ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce to low heat, and simmer for 20 minutes before serving.

Shipping Issues
