Recommended amount for soaking in water: 3–6 g of powder. First add a small amount of cool boiled water to make a paste with the Fuling powder, then add about 300 ml of warm water or boiling water and stir well. Add a little honey or rock sugar to taste, if desired.
Note: Sliced pieces may break during shipping. The powdered product is freshly ground and shipped, with 100% purity. It is not sifted after grinding, so a small amount of granules is normal. Please do not order if this is a concern.
High-quality Fuling is produced in Yunnan; not all Fuling labeled as Yun Fuling comes from family farms. Fuling from the remote Yunnan mountains, cultivated by local farmers, benefits from exceptional natural conditions, including climate and soil. It is free from pollution, pesticides, and sulfur bleaching. Large pieces are selected, hand-sliced, and naturally sun-dried or traditionally dried over firewood. The slices are large, white with a yellowish tint, and superior in quality.
Other names for White Fuling include Fuling and Yun Fuling.Futu, Fuling。The dried sclerotium of Poria cocos, a fungus in the Polyporaceae family, is traditionally used to strengthen the Spleen, dispel dampness, and promote urination and drain dampness.

Shipping Issues
