Strongly replenishes qi and blood; calms the heart and soothes the spirit:
① Serves 2–3: Chicken or black chicken 16oz, lean meat 8oz, ginseng, red ginseng, or Korean ginseng 20 g, angelica root, prepared Rehmannia root, astragalus root, Codonopsis root, longan pulp, pitted red dates, goji berries, and cored white lotus seeds 20 g each. Add 3 bowls of boiling water at 100°C and stew for 4–5 hours.
② Pork kidneys 16oz, Codonopsis root, angelica root, and goji berries 10 g each; Chinese yam and Smilax glabra 20 g each; simmer with an appropriate amount of water to make soup.

Shipping Issues
