Yuba, commonly known as “tofu skin,” has a long history of production. The Compendium of Materia Medica records: “The coagulated inner layer is lifted off and dried, known as tofu skin, and is excellent for cooking.”
Yuba is rich in protein and is a staple ingredient in many Chinese households. In Hakka, “腐竹” sounds like “富足,” meaning abundance. That is why a plate of yuba is always present on their dining tables, symbolizing the hope for a prosperous and fulfilling future.
Our Hakka-style yuba is the result of three generations of dedication and expertise. Shipping Issues
Don't worry! All orders we ship include shipping insurance. If you do not receive your order or the items arrive severely damaged and unusable, please contact us so we can submit a claim on your behalf.
1. If there is no tracking activity, or the tracking information has not been updated for more than 7 business days and the package may have been lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment after verifying the situation.
2. If the carrier's official website shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please do not worry. Carefully check the front door, back door, and other inconspicuous locations. USPS delivery personnel usually place packages in your mailbox or mailbox parcel locker to help prevent theft. If you are certain that the package is missing, please contact us so we can submit a claim on your behalf. This review process usually takes 1–5 business days. Please be patient! 3. When permitted, we recommend entering your email address at checkout. The carrier will send you an email notification with the approximate delivery time before delivery. Please arrange to receive the package to help prevent theft.
4. If some items are missing from your package, please contact us and provide the enclosed packing list. Some items may occasionally be split into multiple packages or shipped separately from different warehouse locations.
