Instructions for Use
1. Shower drains are easily clogged by hair and other debris, but fortunately, they are among the easiest fixtures to clean using a drain snake.A typical bathtub drain is usually 1 1/2 inches in diameter, while a shower drain is typically 2 inches in diameter, making it easier to insert a small drain snake directly into the drain and feed it down through the trap, where most clogs are located. Sink and bathtub drains usually require you to disassemble the drain to remove the clog.Shower drain clogs, on the other hand, are generally easier to fix.

Drain snakes are inexpensive tools available in various sizes and designs, so you do not have to choose one that is too short just to save money. Our drain snake is a great choice for cleaning drains up to 10 meters/33 feet long. One popular design uses a round rotating drum with a handle that contains a 10-meter/33-foot cable made of tightly wound steel wire, with its wide end designed to break through clogs in drains. This type of drain snake is sometimes called a drum auger. It is a versatile tool every household should have in case it is needed.
3. Before you begin, make sure that only the shower drain is clogged. If the drains of fixtures outside the shower are also clogged or draining slowly, you may be dealing with a branch drain clog or even a blockage in the main sewer line. For these more serious clogs, we recommend using our larger 10mm-diameter drain snake, which must be used with a power drill and inserted through the main cleanout.

Remove the Shower Drain Grate
The metal or plastic grate covering the shower drain is usually secured with simple screws. Remove the screws and lift the grate out of the drain. Clear away any hair or debris that may be stuck to the grate.
Insert the Drain Snake
Put on gloves and feed the cable of a small drain snake down through the drain until you feel resistance. Tighten the cable clamp, then slowly begin turning the handle so the cable rotates inside the drain. The cable should begin pushing itself farther down into the drain. Do not use excessive force, or the cable may fold back on itself.
As the cable extends into the drain, loosen the handle to feed more cable into the drain opening. Retighten the cable and repeat the augering motion to force the cable farther into the drain line. You will rarely need to feed it more than a few feet, since most drain clogs are located in the pipe directly below the drain opening. When you encounter the clog, you may feel the cable catch; rotate the cable to penetrate and break up the blockage.
Be aware of nearby drains as you extend the cable. If there is another shower or bathtub on the other side of the pipe wall, the end of the snake cable may emerge from that drain as you feed it in. Have an assistant watch the other drain while you feed the snake.
If you think you have broken through the clog, let a small stream of water run for about a minute to see whether it flows past the snake cable. If the water backs up again quickly, try feeding the snake cable farther along the line. In most cases, you will find that the clog is very close to the drain opening or in the pipe directly below it, but occasionally it may be located in a branch drain that connects horizontally to the main drain.

Shipping Issues
Don't worry! All orders we ship include shipping insurance. If you do not receive your order or the items arrive severely damaged and unusable, please contact us so we can submit a claim on your behalf.
1. If there is no tracking activity, or the tracking information has not been updated for more than 7 business days and the package may have been lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment after verifying the situation.
2. If the carrier's official website shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please do not worry. Carefully check the front door, back door, and other inconspicuous locations. USPS delivery personnel usually place packages in your mailbox or mailbox parcel locker to help prevent theft.
