Instructions

1. Drains are easily clogged by hair and other food grease, but fortunately, they are among the easiest fixtures to clear with a drain snake.A standard bathtub drain opening is usually 1 1/2 inches in diameter, while a shower drain opening is typically 2 inches, making it easier to insert the drain snake directly into the opening and feed it down through the trap, where most clogs occur. Sink and bathtub drains usually require you to disassemble the drain to remove the clog.On the other hand, drain clogs are usually easier to fix.

2、Drain snakes are inexpensive tools available in various sizes and designs. Our snake is a good choice for clearing drains up to 5 m/16.5 ft in diameter, and is made of tightly coiled steel wire with a wide end designed to break through clogs in drains. This type of drain snake is sometimes called a drum auger. It is a versatile tool every household should have for emergencies.

3. Before starting work, make sure the drain is clogged. If the drain or even the main sewer line is blocked, use our 10 mm diameter drain snake (which must be used with a power drill) and insert it through the main cleanout.
Insert the Snake

Put on gloves and feed the snake down through the drain opening until you meet resistance. Attach your power drill, then start it slowly so the snake rotates in the drain opening. The snake should begin pushing itself farther down into the drain. Do not use too much force, or the snake may bend back on itself.

As the snake extends into the drain, repeat the motion to force it farther into the drain line. You will probably need to feed it in several feet, because most drain clogs are in the pipe directly below the drain opening. You may feel it when you reach the clog. Start the power drill to rotate the snake, penetrating and breaking up the clog.

If you think you have broken through the clog, let a small stream of water run for about a minute to see whether it flows past the drain snake. If the water quickly backs up again, try feeding the drain snake farther along the line. In most cases, you will find that the clog is very close to the drain opening or in the pipe directly below it, but occasionally it may be in a branch drain that connects horizontally to the main drain.

Shipping Issues

Don't worry! All orders we ship include shipping insurance. If you do not receive your order or the items arrive severely damaged and unusable, please contact us so we can submit a claim on your behalf.

1. If there is no tracking activity, or the tracking information has not been updated for more than 7 business days and the package may have been lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment after verifying the situation.

2. If the carrier's official website shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please do not worry. Carefully check the front door, back door, and other inconspicuous locations. USPS delivery personnel usually place packages in your mailbox or mailbox parcel locker to help prevent theft. If you are certain that the package is missing, please contact us so we can submit a claim on your behalf. This review process usually takes 1–5 business days. Please be patient! 3. When permitted, we recommend entering your email address at checkout. The carrier will send you an email notification with the approximate delivery time before delivery. Please arrange to receive the package to help prevent theft.

4. If some items are missing from your package, please contact us and provide the enclosed packing list. Some items may occasionally be split into multiple packages or shipped separately from different warehouse locations.

5.
